1. Displayed Cost
The displayed cost of product does not include applicable taxes, shipping, and/or handling fees.
2. Order Processing and Time
Store prices and process reflect the cost of doing business Monday through Friday from EST 8am until 12noon (for standard shipping and processing). All orders are processed and shipped (postdated) by noon of each business day. Any order placed after EST 12noon will be processed on the following day of business. At your (customer) request there may be an additional fee to accelerate the process of any order, as stated on our order form (print or online).
3. Refund Process
Customer must first request a "Refund Claim voucher number", before returning any product (merchandise). Send your merchandise refund request including your, name, email address and phone number to billing@shotloc.net (subject: Refund voucher number). Merchandise is refundable on or before 30 days of purchase. After 30 days all products are considered non-refundable. No exception. Any returned merchandise would incur a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee excludes any taxes, shipping or handling fees associated with customer’s initial order.
Any fees associated with returning the merchandise is paid by the customer including, but not limited to postage or delivery fees.Said, Refund Claim voucher will indicate the exact date customer made request for eligible refund. Refund Claim voucher will also indicate the exact amount of refund. The customer will receive a refund check from Hoops Innovation, Inc. accounting department. Upon receipt of the customer’s returned merchandise (with Refund Claim Voucher), a refund check will be processed and mailed – by the fifth business day of the month – from Hoops Innovation, Inc. accounting department.
4. Refund Check
Hoops Innovation will only authorize refund check(s) payable to the cardholder’s (or check/money order issuer) name and only mail to the cardholder’s (or check/money order issuer) address.

Hoops Innovation does not guarantee improvement with the use of its products. The ShotLoc™ is a corrective device that is intended to alleviate improper form through continued use. User assumes all responsibility for the use of the ShotLoc™ and participation in the sport of basketball.
